WTF? this totally awesome technology! i can see the training regime you could come up with how fast is the response time? can it keep up at human speed fast strides? like sprinting for 3minutes come to a sudden halt then turn around and stride the opposite way?

Actually how about a 10' by 10' surface that is coated by 100% pure teflon, and on top of the surface you have 100% teflon coated marble glass spheres? (home alone 1)
