Can someone explain what this is page is exactly? I've never seen this and I cant figure out how to find it or navigate to it under normal circumstances.

That's just a single post page. Click "single" at the top of any post to go to it's page.

It says right on top, "Displaying a single post for printer output or archive from the abovetopsecret.com discussion board."

Makes it easier to print out and show a friend!
