Speaking on the phone with Jim Marrs today, about some other business, we discussed the recent advertisement/letter in the New York Times. Anyone who
follows conspiracy theory or government cover ups will instantly recognize the name Jim Marrs.
Jim is, IMHO, the TOP EXPERT on the planet with regards to the JFK assassination. His book Crossfire: The Plot That Killed
Kennedy was the basis for the Oliver Stone Film, JFK and Jim was the chief consultant/expert and worked closely with Oliver Stone in
creating that movie.
Additionally, Mr. Marrs has signed a contract with The Above Network, LLC and The Disinformation Company, LTD to write the first AboveTopSecret.com
book that should be on the shelves next fall.
It is truly an honor and an exceptional treat to be able to present this brief commentary on the recent events surrounding the JFK assassination

Here are my comments regarding the Paul Kuntzler letter in the New York Times. Feel free to use them as you will.

In Paul Kuntzler's letter to the New York Times he stated that the Oliver Stone film JFK was "about 98% accurate." This is correct. Likewise, Mr.
Kuntzler's letter is about 98% accurate. This does not mean that the other 2% is wrong, only that two or three of his statements cannot be proven
beyond a reasonable shadow of doubt.
It must be realized that while Lyndon Johnson was powerful, ambitious and murderous, he alone could not have controlled investigations into the JFK
assassination. He, his neighbor and close friend, J. Edgar Hoover, and almost everyone else involved in the plot to kill Kennedy are long dead yet the
orchestrated cover-up continues. Ask yourself who has the staying power to continue this cover-up in 2007. Only the massive power of the international
financiers --- the New World Order boys --- who control both the US Government and the four multinational corporations that control the mass media,
virtually everything you see and hear.
At the time of the assassination, this control was managed by John J. McCloy and Allen Dulles, both representatives of the Morgan-Rockefeller power
structure. It was here that the assassination cover-up can be laid and both men were key figures on the Warren Commission. In the federal
government's handling of the JFK investigation we find well-documented instances of obstruction of justice, fabrication of evidence, alteration of
evidence, suppression of evidence and intimidation of witnesses, all criminal offenses under our legal system.
Corporate America both hated and feared John F. Kennedy and were quite willing to go along with the cover story of his death. This demonstrable
cover-up is what transforms what at the time was merely another Texas homicide to a national coup d'etat.

I was most impressed with JM from the Aurora 1897 sighting data he brought to light, digging like that is most admirable. Leg-work. Almost a lost art
and a skill that is in decline in the MSM.
To have him working on an ATS project? Very cool. I'll pay to read that. Any "hints" as to the subject matter? He his a wonderful public speaker
any chances of some "other" media in the mean time, exclusive to ATS... hint, hint.

Well, all of this took place well before I was even a twinkle in either my mother's or father's eye,but I do have an opinion on the whole JFK
issue.
It is my understanding that JFK was very anti-globalist; any search for who was behind the assassination of Kennedy should begin with that in mind.
Also, CIA involvement can never be ruled out in the case of either John or Bobby Kennedy.
Johnson, well, Johnson was a self admitted "horse's ass," so, naturally you can't rule him out of the picture. I saw a photo one time of Johnson
and Kennedy's wife walking out of a conference right after Kennedy was killed and it showed Johnson winking at some fella out in the media.... Now,
that raised some serious questions in my mind.
1) Did Johnson have anything to do with the assassination
2) Were there media players involved?
3) If so, why the vendetta against Oswald? Did he know something that he wasn't supposed to?
I personally have never been convinced that Oswald killed Kennedy. Now, that isn't to say that Oswald was innocent. I think his target was John
Connelly, but that's a whole other subject.

I have been a fan of Mr. Marrs for some time now also, so it would be nice to see some posts of his on the site here and there.
Think I can add to the list of crimes committed by the 'financiers' aka the perps of the JFK assassination: murder and a good number of them too.

Antar, seeing as how he has just started writing it, there is no way to pre-order the book yet, BUT I imagine by late fall this year we will
have that ability AND we will most likely offer an autographed copy to our members.

Springer, any word on whether or not I can post the Kuntlzer letter? I cannot see how it would be a bad thing seeing as he has published it in
several newspapers. The Times and The Washington Post being the two biggest.

I respect Jim Marrs in most things he says .. He's spot on on most things .
BUT , he lost alot of credibility when he jumped head first and O' so blindly
into the 911 " Government did it " conspiracy .. Yes jim , there are conspiracies , just not everything is a conspiracy . Sorry .

May not have been blindly, who knows what amount of research he's done, and even heard from good sources he hasn't mentioned to protect privacy.
I'm sure he'd have some interesting friends.
Theres been alot of progress in JFK investigations fairly recently, it's interesting how it's kind of exploded after so many years.
9/11 was fairly instant.
I really do think that without the internet we'd still have our heads in the sand.
The internets probably the worst thing that could have happened, for 'certain' types of people.
The funny thing is, that the internet in itself is a kind of global nwo as it helps dissolve the seperation between countries.

ok folks, here's Paul Kuntzler's letter. As homeskillet posted yesterday, this was a two page ad in the NY Times (A16 and 17). There are a couple
of lines missing (I'm inept at shrinking and scanning). the lines missing basically state that a fingerprint of the assassin named in the paragraph
was found in the Book Depository Building.

That is really scary to have it put in perspective how much control these big buisnesses have. I guess we are all just along for the ride at this

I am so glad to see the spotlight returning to the JFK assassination, because as Jim Marrs notes, those who perpetrated it are still in power, and it
has corrupted our gov't profoundly. Much more than a single man died in Dallas that day.
And great for ATS to work with Jim Marrs, he's a wonderful public speaker and an impressive researcher, and his work on JFK alone makes him a great
force to be reckoned with. Can't wait to read that book.

Yeah I'm totally with this, until JFK's assassination is resolved (for real) and those complicit in the (ongoing) cover-up are nailed to the wall
(and i mean nailed), there will never be peace in the USA, and thus the world. I consider JFK an iconic martyr of the 20C.
Recently, even Bruce Willis came onboard...

If so, could one you kindly U2U me and addy where I might purchase/view it.
This is the most interesting aspect of the Kennedy Assassination to me.

Wow! So Jim Marrs is going to write the first AboveTopSecret.com book? I must say, I'm impressed and since Marrs is one of the top best selling
authors in the field of conspiracies and alternative topics, I'm sure it's going to be a good one! Congrats to the 3 Amigos!

In a related vein, a new documentary is in the works on the "death" of Marylin Monroe. Seems the FBI agent who was keeping tabs on Monroe has
spoken out about what he heard the night she died and who was there? Robert Kennedy.

Hello to all,
This is my first post, so please forgive any mistakes, ramblings, etc.
I thank God that people like Jim Marrs are around. It is because of men (and women) like him that things like the JFK assassination don't just get
swept under the rug.
I have always thought that President Kennedy's death was the main cause of all the troubles that the USA faces daily. It was the cause of the
increase of drug use and the slow, steady removal of our civil rights.
We must never forget.
Thank you to the moderators of this site. You are doing the public a great service by allowing news that otherwise would be not reported or
dismissed as 'crackpot' writing to get out.

i'm wondering what kind of backlash Kuntzler's posting of this letter has had if any (other than over here at ATS). i mean isnt it ironic that he
would still be allowed to have this letter in a major New York newspaper(albeit payed for) when he seems to go on about the medias ties to the
government?

I haven't found much via google searches and nobody I know saw it until I alerted them to it. It is an ad and I would guess the majority of folks
reading the times saw it and figured it was one of those annoying ads that are meant to look like a letter or a news item.
There are two things about the kennedy mess that always amazed me.
1. that not one single president since Kennedy has opened the vault and allowed the real story to be heard. Either the "vault" is falsified or
nobody's saying anything out of fear of retribution from a decades old plot, which seems a bit silly at this point.
2. that they don't just come out and tell us since hardly anyone still believes the "official" version. This isn't like 9/11 where the
"official" version is believable and plausible. The Kennedy assassination story is almost impossible to believe and at this point, why not spill
the beans and pardon any of those involved who are still alive? This way the air is cleared and we can press on with cleaning up the mess that our
country and our planet has become.
