Typo bug?

From the page I'm using to write this topic:

Please avoid using "TXT Messaging Shorthand" for words when posting on AboveTopSecret.com and AbovePolitics.com, such as "4" for the word "for" or "u" for the word you. Common "Internet Slang" acronyms such as "LOL" and "ROFLMA" are acceptable, but should still be used sparingly.

Should be "ROFLMAO". Maybe it's a private joke, I'm guessing it's been around for a while and I know some people don't like to change things they don't need to!

Hmm still no change! Do any staff check this forum?

I noticed another, at the Breaking News index page, if you scroll down on the left side of Forum titles, you can see "Scienc and Tech" instead of "Science and Tech".

Yes the staff watch this forum plenty. Likely a minor typo like this is at the bottom of the web designer's to-do-list. He's a very busy man.

I thought as much! But I also thought there might be some kind of super cool mod editing tool for fixing stuff like this on the fly - I know not a lot about forum code, especially huge custom ones like this!
