Low bandwidth mode *not working*

I turned on low bandwidth mode but everything looks exactly the same. I still see the avatars and what not.

Please advise.

Hey there, Im not 100% sure what the problem is but i assure you i will look in to it and see if i can get someone who can answer the question,


there aer some board tweeks going on at the moment so this could be a reason, But ill have it noted and im sure it will be fixed soon,
