Mariani Vs. Bush

Ellen Mariani, wife of 9-11 victim, has filed a RICO suit against Bush et al. She is refusing to accept the money from the 9-11 fund b/c she sees it as hush money. Instead, knowing there's ample proof to show that Bush and company had prior knowledge of the attacks, she is bravely forging ahead to bring the truth into the light. It's a modern day David V. Goliath. And, of course, not remotely surprisingly, the mainstream media hasn't said much of anything about it. What a shame. So much for a free press, huh? There is no such thing.

All I can say, is the most we can hope for is that there somehow remains judges out there who are not bought off and who cannot be intimidated into towing Bush's line. The victims of 9-11 are crying out for justice. Will they be heard? We shall see.

Statement of the Case

On 11/26/03, Ellen Mariani filed a civil RICO action [Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act] lawsuit against President Bush and other high level members of his administration based upon prior knowledge of 911; knowingly failing to act, prevent or warn of 911; and the ongoing obstruction of justice by covering up the truth of 911; all in violation of the laws of the United States.

Ellen seeks judicial redress to restore the U.S. Consititution's "Separation of Powers" clause so never again will another "911" occur on our land.

Unfortunately another story that will be swept under the rug and who knows what will happen to this brave woman for standing up and fighting the powers that be!

They'll probably do anything and everything to crush her. If the media was doing the job they are supposed to do, the people would be outraged by what she has to say. But they'll bend over, just like usual, and do their job for the powers that be. To cover up the truth, rather than tell it.

You are totally correct ECK and I cant even begin to say here what Id really like to do about the whole situation, its just pathetic that it will go down with nothing ever being done about it!

She will die in a car accident, or a botched robbery.

You would think, as macho and swaggering a society as we are, that Americans in general would be outraged at the treatment this poor woman is receiving from this administration - who could've prevented her husband's death as well as the rest of them! There should be a march on the white house - in the millions - of people demanding Bush, Cheney et al testify in a court of law concerning what they knew!

And yeah, Ms. Mariani probably will meet some kind of foul end. And the media won't say a damn word. Well, other than the obligatory blurb at the bottom of 23A.

I have a better idea for her to consider:

why not sue the new owner of the World Trade Centre lease as I'm sure he knew what was going on and is culpable therefore.

She's got a helluva case against Bush and company.
