With respect to cctv, I believe we discussed that rather early on and concluded that it was likely that security cameras would be focused on various ground targets like doorways and gate entries parking areas, etc..and so would probably not be pointed skyward.

We did not confirm this but it was a reasonable assumption. The UAP was an estimated 1200ft AGL and the angle of observation for a camera at the terminals would have had to be rather oblique.

Kudos for following up, but I'm not surprised at their response.

I have to agree with them since that's basically what I was suggesting in my earlier post, and I'm basing that on looking at a lot of security cameras and noting how they are aimed. So basically the situation would be, any camera close enough to tell what we're looking at won't have that altitude in it's field of view. While there's a slim chance a camera further away might have that altitude in its field of view due to the distance, it's because of that same distance and the fuzzy nature of many CCTV cameras that it would be inconclusive anyway just from being too far away and not having enough resolution. If this was a murder investigation I wouldn't leave that stone unturned, but it's really a long shot to pursue for just a purely anecdotal oddity.

What I also find fascinating is his height estimate of 1200 feet AGL, since under any circumstance calculated by Dr Haines, that altitude would have been visible from the control tower. I thought his report was trying to imply that the UAP had to be in the tower's blind spot around 1850 feet in order for the tower to not be able to see it?

If it wasn't a solid object, but rather an atmospheric phenomenon as the radar data seem to imply, then it might not be visible from all angles anyway, depending on the nature of the phenomenon. Which means the mechanics looking up might be able to see it, but the control tower looking more horizontally might not be able to see it, nor would a distant security cam pick it up in that case. Only a nearby CCTV pointed up would see it in that case, and since I can think of no reason to point a CCTV at the empty sky I doubt one was pointed in that direction. The only reason I can think of how that might happen is if the camera was accidentally bumped to point it upward, but I don't think they'd do that intentionally.
