A contract worker was arrested Thursday for attempting to sell nuclear secrets from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, federal law enforcement officials told FOX News.

Roy Lynn Oakley, 67, is expected to appear at a federal court in Knoxville, Tenn., at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Oakley was named in a yet-to-be unsealed indictment and worked as a low-level contractor for Bechtel Jacobs Co.

An alarming story to be sure. The thought that contractors would have access to "high level" nuclear secrets and materials is disturbing indeed. The DOE has had an abysmal security record over the last 15 years.
