Microsatellites 'pose global threat'

This has rung a bell in my head, what with the discussions on possible weaponization of space (fits in with the UFO phenomenon too)
I remember Dr. Greer taking about this, I think anyway.
I was torn in weather to post this on the Aliens & UFOs forum, but thought it might take it's place here.

It goes into some detail about the possible threats and risks of having these devises up in space.

To me it was bound to happen, and if somthling goes rong up there.. well, we're looking at another war.

This is rather disturbing, but the way the world is now, just about anything could set off another war. Hell, dozens of wars are going on as I type. Any advancement in technology has the potential to cause war, especially if it is in something as important as a satellite.
