The Perfect "You" Recipe

This highlights some thoughts about mental development, using a "recipe" analogy.

I know these podcast are supposed to get better, but what can I do?

'A guy full of love in his heart isn't someone who would choke drifters.'

Best part of the whole podcast! Hahahahahahahaha.

Oh my God. I can't stop laughing...

Altruism should be a high priority in any spiritual person's lifestyle.

What does the ideal AAC look like?

See my recent thread to see what I 'look' like...well remnants of me not the whole pie.

The 'recipe' as you call it is never done. It continues after this life...In my opinion anyway.

My ingredients tend to be pretty sweet. I eat a lot of sweets so it must be right
.

Give me a little bit and I'll respond
.

Haha..Perhaps you are crazy
...It wouldn't be the first time:

You've already jumped off the deep end, so why not swim around a little bit first. Hey, you can even try to touch the bottom!

'Hey mom, mom!!! I can stand, I can stand in the deep end!'

Thanks for the podcast, another instant classic!

You hope each and every one of us ends our life?

Real sweet AAC.

I’m pretty sure I’m a comfort food. Probably a macaroni and cheese creation with a Southwest edge. I would be soft and chewy, warm and gooey, but with a hot crunchy bite so things don’t get boring. And lots of garlic.

I don't find this weird at all.... let me give this a shot. If i'm taking this to literally, at least it should give a laugh.

The JessicaS recipe

3 cups experience from the school of hard knocks
3 cups caring with understanding
2 cups listening
2 cups passion
1 1/2 cups consequences from bad choices
1 cup sense of humor
1/2 cup advice if desired
2tbs optimism
1tbs fear

Take caring with understanding, listening, and advice and mix together in a large bowl. Once it's good and blended gently stir in passion and optimism.

In a separate bowl take fear and bury it in sense humor. Then add school of hard knocks and consequences from bad choices.

Now that all the key elements are mixed together separately, combine them all in the large bowl, folding in the second mixture with the first. Then pour into two round cake pans and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till golden brown.

for topping...

1 cup kindness
1 cup trusting
1/2 cup gentle teasing
2 tbs lack of visible emotion
1tsp worry

Take all ingredients and whip together to make a white foam. Apply on finished product once cooled.

This is a work in progress.... as all of us are.... I may make changes to this recipe later....
