Senate Republicans are blocking a bill that would require President Bush to start withdrawing troops from Iraq within 120 days, with most coming home by April 2008. Senate Republicans continue to do Bush’s bidding to prevent any sort of accountability in this open-ended civil war.

When Republicans block an up-or-down vote on an important bill like this one, they show that they are more interested in protecting the President than in protecting our troops.
