The human race is an evolution process and so is an other ET races.
Some of them might have evolved from water based animals and others insects.
But in the end, when you are allowed to leave your biosphere, you have obtained a spiritual and technological maturity.
I very much doubt they have anything to do with the evolution process on our planet, but I do believe they have been watching us go through the
evolution, more like brothers watching over us than what most people falsely think, the lab rat or the ants...
Again, we are conscious beings, and so is the ant and the dolphin, and the rock and anything existing.
They also understand that hurting us would mean hurting themselves, cause within us is the universe folded. Every atoms and cells in our body is in
that flow of consciousness and within each atoms and cells is the universe folded.
You cannot hurt someone, without having repercussions. Some call this karma. All ET visiting our planet have understand this, LONG ago, millions of
years ago.
And in that unbounded consciousness pure state, you have access to all knowledge and all places at anytime. Experiencing Remote View will give you a
glimpse of what unbounded consciousness is. It's actually easy to achieve, once you have understood and acknowledge it.
