It's not very difficult, try a good breathing technique count from 7 to 1 while breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth very
slowly. Keep this up until all the surrounding sounds have gotten loud and then faded away and the only thing you here is your breathing. then focus
your thoughts on yourself slowly rising out of your body. You will feel a sudden rising or seperation from your physical which can be quite scary and
if so you will probably pop back into your physical self. The key to astral projection is meditation. Find a good book that explains and identifies
the Chakras of the body with color pictures of the seven sacred chakras and examples on how to open them, see them, use them, and recharge them. You
will need this knowledge if you plan to astral travel. Anyone can astral project, learn to meditate well, slow your breathing, use your chakras, and
don,t be scared. If you dream well, try if you happen to realize that your in a dream to take over the dream and do whatever you want, it's a lot of
fun. For good meditation music look up the name Steven Halpern on the net and you will find all kinds of relaxing music to help you on your quest.
Well I have to get home can't stay at work all night. Have patience, it took me several years to consciously astral project and once you do you will
want to keep doing it and thats when your knowledge of the chakras will come in handy. Whatever you put your mind and will to you can do. Good Luck!
