FBI can use your Cell Phone to easedrop, even when it's off!

FOX NEWS is reporting that FBI can listen in on your conversations, even when you're not using your phone, even when it is powered down. The FBI has found a way to activate the microphone only in the phone to listen in, and the only way to eliminate this is to take the battery out when not using it.

I just can't believe this is possible. :shk:
