Fugitive escapes to Amsterdam. DHS useless.

THis former high school track coach and Russian national was on trial all week for criminal sexual assault on studants.
He attended the trial but on thursday, while the jury was deliberating, he jumped on a plane in Indianappolis, flew to New Jersey, then made his way to JFK and got a flight to Amsterdam.
All this while local and state police called DHS and told them to be on the look out for and detain this fugitive.

We should have also called Interpol that way when he landed in the Netherlands the Dutch Customs could have detained him for us.

Do we have an extradition treaty with the Netherlands?

Indeed we do. We are the worlds police dont you know.

The wrinkle is that he is a Russian National, so we have to get him before he gets into Russia.

i Say let him go, the American prisons are overcrowded the way it is. Besides, thats a lot more tax dollars to be spent on golden toilets if this guy's no in a cell.
