Who has trouble dealing with this? Sometimes I do, I usually take things the wrong way or take it to heart.

I really hate when someone that doesn't even really know me, but thinks they do, tries to give me constructive criticism.

Back off..

Yea but there is a difference between constructive criticism and straight criticism. Saying "You should improve on your jump shot because it seems to be inaccurate. Maybe you should try Aiming up your shot before you shoot." is constructive. Saying "You suck at basketball." is needless criticism bordering on the lines of insult.

Then sometimes people are inbetween. They simply inject some constructive in there and some insult. Unless they are giving you tips or what you need to improve on, its not constructive.

Depends on how much work I put into it and what is said. I can go either way.

Only thing I can tell you is, just smile and nod. Especially if they don't know you.
