'Human sense' as you call it would be replaced by 'machine' sense. The last time I checked, there isn't much human sense going around either.
We're not the brightest animals. We're currently fighting wars in the Middle East with no end in sight. This doesn't sound like the place I want to
live.
Ok let me S P E L L it out for you.
I don't care what a machine tells me I'm best at. I know what I'm best at. Do not condescend me. You don't know me. And I hope to keep it that
way. I don't want to have any friends around me who think microchipping themselves and being plugged into an electrical grid is a good idea. You'd
probably chip me in my sleep. No thanks.
the tiniest amount of research shows that this is what Amazon.com does already. Are they evil? No! they are giving you options for what you may like
based on your previous selections.
Ok great, does that mean I want a predetermined amount of information on my person at all times? I think not. I cannot stop businesses from marketing
and researching customers' purchasing history. But I can prevent them from looking into my personal business when I happen to carry it with me. Fine,
I am tracked through my credit purchases among other things. I just don't want the line to be drawn any closer.
Well it may be against your constitution but i find following laws from an age past to be misguided. You will be able to buy things, instead of being
a slave to a keycard and PIN then you will use a chip instead, or if you need to identify a person. Their chip will show the answer.
Yeah, it is against my Constitution. It is also against my set of morals. It is called right to privacy. You don't have it in the UK anymore because
you gave up all your civil rights to the crown in favor of a nanny police state that tells you what to do.
The government doesn't have the right to tell me what is right or wrong. That is my own. And no, laws that are given by God are not 'misguided' nor
irrelevant. They hold more sway now as we can be tracked so readily. Without rights, we would all be cattle lined up for the slaughter (which is
slowly happening as we speak anyway, even with our rights).
Wow it seems you have been brainwashed beyond all repair.
Enter Big Brother. I bet you like being told what to do. It makes it all easier. And its much simpler to let a chip speak for you than to remember
that pesky number. You also probably think carrying around an ID card thwarts terrorism...And anti-gun laws stop violence at home.
Newsflash, you're wrong.
"The chip is given to you according to what you are best at." So you prefer to be crappy at what you do. Congratulations.
Actually no. No person has the right to tell me what I am best at. Even if they're right. And most cases, a machine doesn't have any idea what to do
anyway.
We took employment tests in high school. The freaking test told me I should be an engineer or something like that.
I want to be a farmer and live sustainably off the land. An engineer can't do that. It must live in society. Well if you couldn't tell I'm no fan
of society.
I will excell at whatever I do because unlike you I think for myself. I don't let others do my thinking for me thanks.
The funny part is that is all humans do now.
Yeah that's maybe what you do, but I like to theorize, debate, and expand my mind. I have other interests besides the carnal human nature. I never
said I had evolved past them, but that doesn't mean all I do is (eat, sleep, bone).
It wouldn't matter in the slightest if that's what we did already. No chip deserves to tell us to do anything. Neither does the government, neither
do you.
And i dont know what case you are talking about. But finding the bodies quicker is preferable. You think they should be left to rot somewhere? thats
gross.
Um...let's see. What do you think happens when you die? Your body gets sent directly up to heaven? Or does it rot?
Where would you like the body to rot? Animals die everyday and are left on the side of the road. Is that wrong?
Its gross? You sound like a child.
'Ew, its a dead mouse. Help me, help me!'
I am denying ignorance. I am surprised of the ignorance of some people here. Seriously, why dont you stop attacking the government who are, well,
trying to govern?
If you worked with them, they would work with you.
If by researching and expanding one's mind is ignorance, then yeah I'm very guilty.
Why don't I stop attacking government? Why don't they stop attacking me with laws and other injustices?
It seems you just started the political game. Let me break it down for you. Politicians lie. Politicians cheat. Politicians steal. They have affairs
and lie about them. They spend our hard earned dollars on
meth and gay prostitutes (this happens
to be an evangelical preacher, but he is a friend of Mr. Bush so my point sticks).
They have no right to tell me what I can and cannot do.
They are not the moral police. It'd be one thing if they were shining examples of morality, but when some of the most corrupt people in the world
tell me what is right and wrong, I just instantly shut off.
It seems you are open to sublminal messaging, so let me send you something.
WAKE THE HELL UP!
The government is lieing to you and you'd rather be safe in your own cell than to break free.
Why don't I stop attacking a government who is trying to govern?
Do you listen to yourself? Govern? They haven't been 'governing' as you call it legally for some time now.
We have had some nanny police state laws that were passed fairly recently (I can see you're a fan) called the Patriot Act 1 & 2. I am not a huge fan
of this legislation.
I happen to like my individual freedoms, which it seems you have already given up in the pursuit of a false security.
I will protect even people like yourself in the pursuit of freedom. I do not particularly care where your political ties lie. I will even defend your
right to freedom of speech.
You have every right. And while I highly disagree with pretty much everything you have to say, you have a right to say it.
Under a nanny police state like you are talking about with a completely trackable microchipped society, there will be no freedoms.
There will be no freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to bear arms, right to privacy.
That will all have been given up. There will be nowhere to hide from tyranny, as we would have opened our front door and asked it to come inside for a
cup of tea.
Well not only would it have stayed for a cup of tea, it would have taken over our household, our lives, and everything we held dear.
No sir. I am not for a police state or a RFID chip in anyone. Not even pets.
This is the exact opposite direction I want to be heading in.
DENY ignorance.
There are some bad apples in the world, and even worse apples in the political arena.
Hey, I even did some research for you in regards to corrupt American politicians:
20 most corrupt US politicians
Ex-Illinois Governor
Convicted of Charges
Coalition Against Corrupt Politicians
Political Corruption
'World map of the Corruption Perceptions Index, which measures "the degree to which corruption is perceived to exist among public officials and
politicians". Blue colors indicate little corruption, red colors indicate much corruption.'
While I do not agree with the map's findings, I can say this much. Any area with even 1 corrupt politician does not have the right to tell me what is
right/wrong or best for me. I know what is best for me.
