the Pentagon called SETI, and after that call, all of a sudden *The Frequency on which that long-awaited signal came on, was "Jammed At All Radiotelescopes around the world"

I think,personally, the Gov. can't give us "Disclosure", because of their "involvement with these non-human entities", and how bad that involvement is, and has been, the "truth of its activities,would incriminate the powers that be", far more than most people can comprehend.
