SEALS were boarding C-130's to head out ont he mission when it was aborted at the last minute By the Sec. of Defence Donals Rumsfield despite a last minute appeal by the CIA. They felt it may damage relations with Pakistan and Pervez Musharraf was unlikely to approve the mission at anyrate. I actually can see the point, but Pakistan is always suspect in my mind when dealing with these terrorists.
