Sen. Charles Schumer: Judiciary Committee
Is there a difference between a pardon and commutation?

Schumer and Sen. Leahy are thinking about calling Patrick Fitzgerald hoping he might have some interesting things to say to the Judiciary Committee.
I think this is a very good idea. I'm sure Fitzgerald knows a lot more than the White house wants the people to know.
