Tainted Toothpaste Found in Massachusetts Stores.. Possibly

I would think that if this is a terrorist act that they are just testing the waters. They started with the pet food because they assumed it wouldn't be screened as thouroughly as food for humans. Since that worked, they moved on to a hygiene product, again, assuming that it wouldn't be tested completely. The next logical step would be an attack on our food supply.

Granted, this is merely conjecture because there is no proof of a terrorist attack or deliberate poisoning by the same group of people. Whatever the outcome of any investigation, I won't be buying any food manufactured in China.

I think this is just a step up on the ladder of fake products from known brands.

If it was a test then it was not successful, although there were no victims of the adulterated toothpaste they were identified.
