A secret docketing system hiding some sensitive Miami federal court cases from public view has been exposed and is being challenged in two higher courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is the same place I believe that suspended the constitutional right to a speedy trial for a week or two...

there seems to be a pattern of abuse of peoples rights going on...[but thats not news or important to most americans]

Well that was the only place where the story was being reported,i searched everywhere to find more info on the subject but to no avail.Strange they took the article down as it was only posted yesterday.
