This was just brought up on Coast to Coast AM, this 4th of July, 2007.

So I did some investigation and found this. It is a few e-mails on top of eachother, with the manual down a little from the top. I think you should read this. Apparently this is in many firefighter's manuals across the country, if not all.

that sounds really bizzare. My dad is a retired firefighter. I will ask him about that. Im sure he woulda mentioned that to me. He told me a story from his air force days about tracking ufos on radar. But this is really strange.
