HMS Invincible, HMS Dasher = L

Apparently the "o" I posted for the moon conspiracies was for an old Halloween
prank. So it should be disregarded.
I just hope it was only that one.

Wait a minute, ATS created the bracket [o] as an aid for themselves to post the little html bbcode textbox explaining the Halloween prank thing, but the clue "o" if found on a page should not be disregarded, where is the link to that "o"?

I saw a couple of other stray letters like this in other threads when searching these clues. I'm going back to check again. Could be that the format is different with these.

The only time I've seen that message Mech is when you've posted it.
By clicking on the o I get a 404 message just like all the other letters.

Yes exactly, if WE POST a bracketed "o", the banner box shows up (kinda like an easteregg), I stumbled on that my mistake myself in a previous post here, and instead used these brackets []...But the clue you found is VALID I believe, the "o" shows up correctly in this thread and post linked: abovetopsecret "o" post VALID

It's a conspiracy I tell ya.

I brought this up in another post, but since its being talked about again, for instance in the "o" post, the link there (and all of the other links of the 'letter' clues have a random (looks like) number generated within the end of the link. The random number in the full link gives us the 404 error, but upon refresh of the original page with the link on it, the random number changes, check it out, the number at the end of the link changes. I think this may be significant or at least worth it to pursue this area...

It could be some kind of a correlation of the random number to the particular letter thats in the clue...just a thought.

After the "HardToGet" fiasco, I don't like having my posts screwed up with the halloween prank banner.



Anyway, I cleared cookies again, and logged out again, and then logged back in....

nice it does certainly seem like their format has changed, hmmm wonder why...has it changed during the course of this thread on format at all? I noticed (ithink) that someone mentioned it was 'orange text' at some point...to me it looks like the button below your posts, a grey color highlighted...as far as the first image clues...

Its part of their custom bbcode, its on their end not yours or ours, as long as the bbcode stays the same, the brackted o will appear that way, with the boo banner...[O] caps 'o' works too...

would be a dark yellow/orangeish looking, different font, italicized, and within square brackets.

Of course, I could be wrong.

I agree, Mechanic. It should jump out at ya like the other clues. I don't think it'd be just a a single regular letter....

I just found a clue from the old FTR game (find the rings). lmao Too bad I couldn't ever find them when it counted.
