[it is time to restart the game] ATC Restart!

Still relatively new to ATS, so I am not sure what this game stuff is all about.
I did actually go to atc.org thinking that was part of it. Is that site part of the game? If not, it is a weird website. Offering job training at a community college in nuclear engineering? It also looks very old, like 1997 design.

Maybe I am missing something...

The first answer was restart.html, you answer with your guesses by adding it to the address bar at that site, ie: www.alltheconspiracies.com/answer.html etc...clear as mud?

Anyone have any ideas about the links that are on those thread pages (the letter clues)? The links have the thread address with it seems a random number generated at the end of them....Any ideas?

Its interesting that the first four letters when assembling the letters above chronologically (as per post date stamp) spells "All [space]" Can also look at the chronological order of the thread start date....

Nice job observing the update on that site...I wonder is it automated or someone manually entering the change after we solve one portion of the of the puzzle? If its being updated manually, does this mean some forum or person out there has entered the correct answer for the first jumbled image?? hmmmm.

Ok so the new clue (hey we're not finished with the first one yet are they related?) is here:



The image is names ║20.gif║ and the html page is named ║twosides.html║
which I think gives us a clue to assembly. It most likely is two halves that when combined, gives us the text in readable form. Probably have to split it down the center then mirror image the two halves and combine the two...something like that...anyone...

I used a program called: Paint.net, its free and lightweight and easier when doing simple stuff like this...Just composite the two images (after splitting) via layers, then set the transparency down or just merge the two halves additively...

Hmm.... maybe we should work on a TinWiki page also. It will keep us organized and it will probably make like a lot easier when the game gets even more complex.
