Is so, I believe that is due to differences in the old code structure and the new. Some of the older pages look this way.

I don't see anything that looks like the letters we ahve been finding.

I was looking for the clue "a question of what was lost and which is missed the most, top of the day that inspired the question". I had hoped to find a letter on a post from september 11th, but I came across this instead. I'm not sure it fits this clue, but maybe a different one, or one we haven't been giving yet?

Just thought I'd throw it out there, hopefully someone can figure out where it goes.

I was actually reffering to the logical arugument he puts forward a bit further down in the post.

Anyways here is some proof for you scientific and logical.

The universe is defined as the totality of all that exists.

Within the universe, cause precedes effect.

If cause, then effect:

If A then B

A

Therefore B

The purpose of "cause" is to create an effect.

Cause and effect are mutually dependent. If there is no effect, then there is no cause:

If not B then not A,

not B

therefore not A

however i agree there are no loetters like the prevoius ones it was just that first sentence i posted jumped out at me. Also, i believe the funky diamonds you see are to do with different character sets being used by the suthor of the post. For example if the author was in a different country/keyboard setup to us. they also appeared just as a "?" to me (a question mark with no diamond) and this could be due to me using a different browser.

I was going back over the r's that we already found to try to figure out the cryptic clue, and I found the link that the Comte found his original letter from. Since you didn't have it listed I thought you might want to update.

Just noticed something. Apparently, they've changed something so that you have to be logged in order to see the clues. At least that is how it appears on Firefox. I was searching the html code for the button when logged out because it made it easier to spot. Now, I can still do this, but will have to be careful because I will pick up every "quote" and "REPLY" button.

I noticed it before too, when I tried searching from work(wasn't logged in) . I couldn't see any of the clues that were recently found. I thought it was just because I was tired, though.
