Object in the sky (video)

I just saw a vertical object flying by from my liiving room. I called my wife and she said "it looks like a person falling from a plane". It was flying at high speed (i would guess the speed of a helicopter, they often fly by here)
Unfortunately i observed it too long before i finally grabbed my filmcamera. By then it was almost gone, but i was able to record some very short fragments. I know the vid is horrible, i had too little time to properly set up my cam. Sorry for that.

It looks to me like a balloon, but it moved way too fast for that imo. There's hardly any wind. What do u think?

oh, i just tested my ballon theory by actually throwing a balloon from my balcony (leftover from a b-day party yesterday
it fell straight down to the street. Im not sure if winds can be a lot stronger higher in the sky though, but i think its unlikely that it would move that fast, in a horizontal way.

i know the video is bad, but does nobody have an opinion on what it is?

Looks just like a balloon.
But thats just my opinion.
