Ufo videotaped in Belarus

I found this interesting Ufo sighting videotaped by several
witnesses in Belarus. Date and place are not specified and
the language is russian but the video is long enough.

Belarius was once a soviet republic and became independent
in 1990. There is one reference to Belarus Ufo sighting in the
past known as the Belarus 1989 Ufo Incident but this may be
the only known Ufo video to date from that country.
