Sorry about that. Link is fixed now. Chile is definitely a place of high strangeness in terms of UFOs and Chupacabras reports, but this one here seems a little beyond the normal far-fetched and 'reaching' category.

is there any evidence like photography instead of witness testimony? that would be 'something' at least! but still then it would be very hard to believe!
