Talk shows influence immigration debate
WASHINGTON - Immigration has supplanted Iraq as the leading issue on television and radio talk shows, complicating the prospects of a Senate bill
desperately wanted by President Bush.

If this was posted I apologize to the group. I listen to satellite and talk and thought this was interesting. I live in So Cal and there are
several grass root campaigns to stop this bill in its current form. It appears to me that several Senators do not listen to their constituents. What
else is new? I have also heard several reports on certain senators that would like to create measures to silence conservative talk. I would like to
hear opinions of others not only about talk radio in general but also this bill.
