Not only is it wrong for the Government to keep so many things like this from us, what really frustrates me is that by doing so theyre insulting mine and the American peoples intelligence.

Too hard to make a call on this... would need to see a higher resolution version of the video. But there does not seem to be much pixel alteration.

ah ok ty for pointing it out...i did notice something moving there but thought it was just the pixels blurring or something.

Ive watched this video several time and Ive zoomed in, taken screenshots and tried to enhance them with an image program but it is just to blurry and or translucent to figure out what it is that im seeing.
Its movement seems kind of unnatural, as it seems to stay right at the rock, even circling it a few times. When it does move, to circle the rock, its movement is really fast, and doesnt seem to bob up and down like most things do when they walk.
When I enhanced it in the image program and viewed it with the negative filter, the only thing visible was what would be its head.
That is all I can find out about it, like the above poster said, there isnt anything else on google that i can find.

Its really hard to tell if its just compression effects on the Mexican zoo video. I'd convinced myself I'd seen somenthing bigger to the right hand side of the picture earlier. If only these videos were not compressed.
