Let me tell them - the emperor is naked. Or in other words, they caught a spider/bug crawling on the glass in front of the camera, and it looks bright, glowing and fuzzy...because its out of focus

I doubt they saw this as more than a way to waste a few seconds of air time. These folks tend not to look at anomalous events as seriously as we do. The more I think about it, the more I think they just use these kinds of things as filler, if they report them at all.

It wasen't a person. According to KDKA.com news gotta see viedos it was a surveillance camera that caught the image.

I have a little different take on this. I have more than 15 years in photography and about 6 years in CG.

Not "legs" but flares. They appear to move because of the low res and the nature of security cameras. This is a reflection from a car mirror or chrome on a car that is driving through the lot. I see these on my office window when the sun is just right. The surface of a lens is reflective also. The "shadow" is just part of the car on the same plane as the mirror or chrome piece. The single low resolution sensor chip distorts it. If this were from a good camera you would probably be able to make out the reflected image of the car.

Again, just a guess, but an educated one.

blaine, a very good deduction. To me it still looks a little like a semi-invisiable guy wearing a shiny ball cap walking along. Sorta like the low reflection you could see in certain light on some buildings that have a glass side.

It is more likely what blaine said, unless someone was transporting glass or a mirror somewhere nearby creating one of those illusionist effects. I seriously doubt that also.
