Ah, so neat! Figured you guys in the Science forum would love to see this thing in action....

Pretty soon all the dance clubs and electronic music artists will have Tesla coils as their sound system or instruments.

I really hope people start taking more of an interest in the works of Nikola Tesla. Im not savy enough to build my own coil, so instead i just got a poster of the man, tis the least i can personally do to remember one of the greatest givers to humanity.

Id like to see some big tesla coils hooked up like these, in clubs like you say, kinda like that club in the film Blade 2??

im actually documenting the making of a tesla coil this weekend - which I hope will lead to more experiments. I don't know much about electronics, or physics (beyond basic college classes) - so I'm hoping I can pick it up fairly quickly, otherwise I'll just make sure i get good shots!

could anyone post some more information on these tesla music coils? I'd like to see if I can make one...
