Seems the folks at capitol hill are at it again. This time passed into law the ability for the FBI to go after financial records from just about
anywhere, without ever having to obtain a subpoena. Apparantly this bit of legislation was supposed to be part of the PATRIOT ACT II, but instead
they gave it a spiffy name and sent it sailing under the radar on the weekend prior to the announcement about the capture of Saddam.
