can't find the thread i wanted to post a response in after finding this video:

the thread topic was about that "flying man/thing" i think in mexico.
the thread starter examined the video and was running all sorts of tests, he came to the conclusion that it was some sort of being with a "backpack" of sorts.
just found this video and it reminded me of that-anyone direct me to the original post i am looking for?
