He is a smart man.
He is/will get International support -particularly in dealing with hamas.
It would not surprise me, that if things move forward quickly, that international aid in the form of food/oil/machine parts-farm/whatever parts are necessary for water/power/gas........
and as a minor point, if these things fall into place as I have said, he will be seen as one of the greatest, if not the greatest peacemaker of his people, at least as viewed by the West.
