Well, since I haven't seen any threads about this I decided to make one myself. Simply post any Latin phrase and/or motto that inspires you or makes you laugh, Plain and simple.

"Denego Ignarus"
"Deny Ignorance"

Edit*
-To make it easier for the Mods please include the translation of the phrase, that way we can avoid having any misunderstandings

Inventas vitam iuvat excoluisse per artes.
Let us improve life through science and art.

Ipsa scientia potestas est.[i/]
Knowledge itself is power.

Justitia omnibus.

Per ardua ad astra.
Through difficulties to the stars.

A posse ad esse.
From possibility to actuality.

Hmmmm plenty of sights for this on the net!!

Estne volumen in toga, an solum tibi libet me videre? (Is that a scroll in your toga, or are you just happy to see me?)

Da mihi sis bubulae frustrum assae, solana tuberosa in modo Gallico fricta, ac quassum lactatum coagulatum crassum. (Give me a hamburger, french fries, and a thick shake.)

Well there are a few that made me laugh.

Die dulci fruere. (Have a nice day.)

Really must be going now.

Mihi ignosce. Cum homine de cane debeo congredi. (Excuse me. I've got to see a man about a dog.)

Veni, Vidi, Vici:

'came saw and conquered'

It's cool how it's used on the packets of Marlboro if you look real closely on the emblem. Of course classic use was Juilius Ceaser.

Heh, here's one for Lombozo:

Quantum materiae materietur marmota monax si marmota monax materiam possit materiari? - how much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood

Just for you MM.

The flying spaghetti monster will touch you with the pasta parts.

volatilis spaghetti Monasteriense mos tactus vos per preteritus secui.

I couldn't get the translater to do "noodly" or "apendage", but I feel I have given it the correct level of dirtiness!
