Looks like a cloud to me, unless it moved in the sky (not float like a clouds.)

he must of had the cheap samsung that doesn't take movies.... 1 whole lousy picture in a 10 min timeframe this guy isn't a very good photographer.

I suppose you are a good photographer! I would imagine that you are also a brain surgeon, as well as as being totally ignorant of the circumstances of the person who managed to get at least one photograph.
