What you are saying, is that in the Member Center, all you get is a white screen?

In the Member Center in general. or just the upload area?

Try this:

In the past there have been some problems accessing some features while on the BTS domain.

Go to ATS, and try from there...

---

edit to add:

Also, the avatar that I sent to you is a little over 40kb. You have to make sure that you have sufficient space available to upload it.

If all else fails, just use the url to my photobucket account until you get this resolved.

Let us know how things are going.

Try loading your avatar thought ATS not BTS or PTS, seems there have been some problems at times up loading, My two cents load from ATS domain, and if Mechanic made your Avatar I' sure it fits ATS spec. Other than that host it off site and link it

here I am trying to type and Mechanic said it already,,,,
I'm going for a fresh beer

No harm in reiforcing what I had said.

I double checked the avatar size, it's 160 x 319. So no problem there. I think that perhaps it is an issue of available space. (In his upload area)

If the problem is upload space, go to Photobucket and open a free account and your problems will be over.

This hosting site is so, easy that a caveman can do use it.

Can I say that?

Ah, I see you got a photobucket account!

But the url is not complete. It seems to be missing the filename and extension.

This is what is showing as your avatar url:

http: //s210.photobucket.com/albums/bb314/1reaper2/

Should have the filename plus the .jpg extension at the end of the url...

What you have already plus "sinister_reaper2name.jpg" (without the quotation marks, or spaces in between.

Yup; what Mechanic32 said.

You'll need to use the location as: i210.photobucket.com...

Edit: I see that it's automatically shortening my link. Just "right click" it and "copy link location", then paste it in as your avatar, or follow the link and copy its url from your browser window.

Hopefully this doesn't make me sound thick but here goes....When i was playing around with my avatars after changing it a couple of times it wouldn't change anymore.Anyway after much dicking around i discovered that when i was pasting my URL into the little box it was leaving parts of the old URL in there. All i did was make sure i completely deleted the old URL before pasting the new one.

Don't include the "[IMG]" tags. That is for posting your image in posts.

Use the first line given titled "URL link" copy the whole thing, and paste that into the place where the Avatar URL goes in Member Center.

the avatar url should start with http and end with .jpg

What it is showing is that you are using the [IMG] tags.

But you're getting closer.
