first, i want to say that i think it is sad this music forum is not more active. there are thousands of members here and killer threads on the first page. some with no reply's or hardly any at all.

what is this forum for after all.

i think we should make it a mission to somehow get this forum busier. music is wonderful and anyone can cimmunicate by it and enjoy it.

anough of that...for your listening pleasure....this is quite possibly the most beautiful piece of music i have ever heard....i;m about 99% it will be new to you guys.....there are no lyrics...it's instrumental of the jazz feel.
lots of horns and and some strings.
it's called 'the gumbo variations' and it's amazing and if you can imagine, is about 40 years old.
