Right. These days, a short uncorroborated video won't pass muster, and 11 seconds just isn't enough to make any kind of judgment. It would be interesting to see an untruncated video of this "sighting."

I can tell you exactly what it is. It is a foil disk shaped balloon filled with helium gas with a strobe light going all around it.

It is also remote controled, these thing's have been used in the uk to fool many news team's. Hence one of the reason's why real account's may not get the attention they need and deserve.

Look up on google remote control ufo hoax uk or something like that and there you go.
