Well, with resolution that poor you're not going to be able to get much. I don't understand all the zooming and scanning going on here, as if it were a video. If he has 25 pictures, I assume these were still photos. Why the movement? That means he's altered them and that's unfortunate. I realize he had to put them togetehr to get them on YouTube, but he could have just clicked through the images.

Those can be anything from satellites to dust hanging in the air to alien ships docking on their moon bases or simple photoshopping.

The only way he can confirm is by shooting again the next day and also shooting an area of the sky without moon.

I imagine he was trying to be "creative". That's why there's "pretty music" too!

If he was trying to show people like us, he would've done what you said and concentrated on the quality of the information.

Flashes of light are quite common on the moon, and can be explained by meotor-like impacts. Of course there could be UFO activity there too, maybe Even some conflict?

Good point Dr X, but that would only explain flashes and not continuous lights. Not quite sure what we have here. It was the light near the edge that puzzled me most
