Can't delete uploaded file

I uploaded a picture a while ago, but now when I hit delete, I get this:

Warning: unlink() failed (No such file or directory) in /home/denyignorance/public_html/forum/atsupload.php on line 78

.. yet it IS there, it is:

Filename: ats4420_dogman%20mug%20front.jpg
Size: 17793

Can someone remove it manually?

it's the % sign that messes the system up. Next time you upload a file with % in it change the name to remove that sign. I don't know how to remove those file names either

i have the same problem, and its not like they are free either. it eats up space. can anything be done?
