I was just curious how they will talk to us. Will they use numbers, music, verbal? What other ways are there for communicating?

Are they already trying to communicate with us and we just dont have the technology to receive it yet? Maybe we are searching in the wrong areas.

Well assuiming Intelligent aliens excist, they could communicate in ALL kinds of ways, obviously depending on intelligence and the way they use their intelligence, and their physical or non physical attributes.

For example an alien might not have a voice. Or an alien might have a voice who knows.
They could possibly learn an earth language and communicate, maybe they can telepathicly communicate, emotions? Empathy? maybe draw pictures, Violence even? lol

But seriously Nobody really knows, unless they truly have come in contact with one.

Everybody knows they'd use these emoticons..Could there be a more universal form of communication?

who's to say they havent allready take a good look around you and think were we were a 100 years ago and see were we are today if there was no commincation with them how did we come this far
