Hello. I saw a small light that I thought was a passing satellite in the evening sky, and was watching it when it stopped dead in the air. I just watched for a few seconds more, when I thought it was getting brighter, but it was dropping down. It fell till it looked like an airliner would at around a couple of thousand feet, then it made a woblling motion i.e. side to side and completely stopped.
As you can see it was emitting a creamy white / yellow light, was very big, but absolutely silent. It paused for a few seconds, then started to spin and then it just shot up into the sky till it vanished.

Do you see something significant?

Kinda hard to decipher much, with no frame of reference, IMO.

That photo looks familiar. I think there was another post here with it in it. Have not been able to locate it. It might have been taken from a video posted.
