Another American Muslim Expresses Displeasure with USA

Topic started on 5-6-2007 @ 09:36 PM by rdang

Over the weekend, the world was reminded—again—that the way in which Muslims and the Islamic world express dissatisfaction with just about anything and everything is to smash and/or kill it.In the US, whenever those of “Muslim persuasion” even hint that they are upset by something—or anything at all—they are accommodated by the PC-appeaser crowd. Muslim foot washing basins and prayer rooms have been installed in airports and schools—paid for by public tax dollars.Although the United States Constitution prohibits establishing a state-religion, it would appear that Islam-Muslimism is on its way toward becoming just that. Ever more blatantly, Christians are being vilified and illegally discriminated against while Muslims are exalted and placed above, if not outside of, US law. Iran’s President Ahmadinejad now freely, and with conviction threatens the survival of Israel and the USA. Link. Link

rdang, it saddens me that every time I come onto ATS, there is another inflammatory and grossly biased post by you, against muslims or those of arab decent. It has got to the point of verging on racism. I do not say that because I am muslim or of arab decent, and I am not here to stop freedom of speech on whatever subject, but there is only so many times you can spit vitriol about a group of people before it becomes discriminatory. Also, just as a side note, Churchill was also quoted as saying that Jews were in line with Communists to take over the world, and supported Hitlers distaste towards them in the 1930s. He was not a great thinker.

But more to the point, this thread is very misleading. You say nothing about the fact that the American in question wanted to blow JFK up, you merely instigate that all Muslims in America want to destroy things that don't work for them, using the example of washing basins and prayer rooms being installed as this happening. There are christian, jewish, sikh and hindu prayer rooms in airports here in Britain, does that mean they all have the same mentality? And you cannot say that Christians are vilified in a country in which white, Christian men control all the power. Minorities being in the news asking for rights is different from them actually having any.

Hehe, and how does the US solve it's problems with things it doesn't like? Surely they would never think of blowing up buildings and killing people in the name of freedom and democracy, right? I don't get the mentality of some many americans these days, blaming muslims for everything...

And is it just me or does this supposed foiled attack on JFK come at just the right time? One day the headline is something like 'Terrorist threatening attack that would make 911 look like small potatoes' (some guy in a video as usual), and the next day the headline is 'Anti terror task force has foiled an terror attack that would make 911 look like small potatoes'... It's a great game, you can win the hearts of the people by saying you saved them from an attack that never happened and that no one can prove or disprove would have happened had they done nothing.

What a bunch of demented drivel.

So the 200 million or so Christians in the US are being oppressed by the 4-6 million Muslims?

Do you realize how ridiculous this stuff sounds?

Staff Edit: I could not even find one word to leave in your post that was not offensive. You might want to review the Terms and Conditions.

Well I read both articles. What a complete waste of time. The second article was nothing more than racist propaganda.
Rdang, I really wish you'd stop with the anti-Moslem threads/remarks. It does not add to your credibility to post propaganda. It contributes nothing positive and is an utter waste of the reader's time.

I too am saddened that every time I see the news, another murder bomber, another beheading, ect. I see moonbat posts on ats blaming the US for everything they can think of. I should be a good Dhimmi and just shut up. Now I am again called "racist" the pc crowd favorite commonly used to silence those who dare to speak the truth. 2 million muslims in the US are doing their best to control the Christians here. The only thing
ridiculous is that they are listened to.

Uhhh, OK.

Will review the terms and conditions.

I had thought I was living well within and even on the cautiouis side of all of them.

I'm assaulted much more offensively rather routinely hereon.

Is there a double standard that I need to become more attuned to? If that's the reality, I can live with it--I just need to understand it.

And at the moment, I"m clueless.

yeah, it's my friend wahid's fault! he's the one that chooses to be a muslim in a post 9-11 world of paranoia against muslims.

it doesn't matter how close you were, a lot of people lost somebody that day.

Given the choice i would kill for them against you...or your"kamikazis"AMEN:

um... let's check things off here:
us vs them mentality (check)
false comparison to earlier conflict (check)
grouping dissenters in with enemies (check)

you have the trifecta of hatred! nice job

and for bonus points you even threw in affiliating your own hateful and dogmatic religion!

Now how does he do that exactly? Does president of Iran represent the ENTIRE Muslim religion? Are you saying that suddenly Muslim religion is a threat to the entire United States of America? Are you trying to say, that survival of Israel and USA is threatened by Muslims? Well that is probably the biggest bowl of doodoo I read this morning, and I have to say, you make a very poor islamo-paranoid-propagandist. As one member very well said before: "What a bunch of demented drivel!" - filled with hate towards an entire religion, which most of the members who write here, have really no idea about. So I can clearly say, that posts, such as the original one in this thread, are clearly doing quite the opposite, then the motto of this site - to deny ignorance. Yep - threads such as this SPREAD ignorance.

I'd just like to add that I love that hilarious word "moonbat". It means I can safely ignore anything written by the poster. It's kind of shorthand for "I listen to WAY too much right wing talk radio".

I was less than 20mi away on 911 too (close enough [Hackensack] to breathe in the nasty toxic haze that afternoon), and I had friends in the towers (who lived) and an acquaintance in one of the planes that hit them (who obviously didn't.)

"These people"? So all American Muslims somehow bear responsibility for the 911 attacks, even though no US citizens were involved?

Do you feel like you should be suspected for everything done by members of your religion or ethnic group, too?
