Abdelaziz Hamze,Hamze, 24, a U.S. citizen, was born in Lebanon. In the past year, Hamze received several traffic tickets. He pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in unsafe condition, driving without insurance and failing to properly display his tag, according to the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. Adjudication was withheld on seven infractions in the past year, including driving the wrong way on a one-way street, speeding and driving without insurance, according to state records. This scumbag should have not been on our roads. The foot-wide trail of Hall's blood was still visible along about two miles of the roadway Monday. The trail shifted around the three northbound lanes several times, but stayed most of the time in the middle lane."She didn't deserve this," said Hall's brother Sylvester King, 42. "It was just an accident. He didn't have to drag my sister for miles and miles." Could it be Hamze believed a woman is not as worthy as a man. This case begs for the death penalty.

1. Split things up into sentences with defined spaces.
2. Provide a link.
3. Don't go from one section of the story to a completely different part without providing the connecting section.

A chick getting dragged? A blood trail? What happened in between his arrest and traffic infringements?
