Moves like a "stunt kite" in my opinion.

Clever things can be done with "led" lights these days.

The guy should've stopped the car to get some better footage.

Typical "YouTube" I'm afraid. Get used to these sort of sightings....lots of pretty lights. sorry I can't be more enthusiastic.

That is certainly very odd.

But for some reason to me it doesn't seem very alien...I don't know I got hints of a Roller Coaster but probably not...

Well it's pretty low to the ground... and looks man made to me. It's probably some kind of remote controlled planes with fireworks on them or something, or possibly a roller coaster. It's gotta be something like that... maybe even real planes...
