I'm just curious about people's thoughts on this subject. Who do you think benefitted the most since 9/11? Which political party? Which individuals or groups, both materially and politcally?

Who lost the most since 9/11? Who is far worse off since 9/11, both materially and politically?

Raytheon, BAE, Veridian, Xontech, and other defense companies. Oh isnt it just odd that these companies had several employees on the hjacked planes?

Islamic fundamentalists?

Just joking, obviously not.

Here's how I would narrow down the large field of individuals who have benefited from 9/11, and try to come up with someone who benefited the MOST:

1)
First I’ll weed out the terrorists because if they did it then we don’t have a conspiracy to talk about and what the hell fun is that?

2)
Next, I'd weed out the people that would have benefited from ANY war (contractors, etc.), and leave only those that would benefit from a war specifically manufactured for the Middle East arena. (I figure blaming companies that make money on war for perpetrating 9/11 is about as sound as blaming the sunscreen companies for hot weather. It's circumstantial, and is not synonymous with motive.)

2)
Then I'd weed out the U.S. Military, because while they would love to establish permanent bases in that region, they had the foothold to do that during the first Gulf War and elected not to do that…that’s too big a change of heart for me, going from willingly withdrawing from an area to staging a massively complex and horrific false flag as an excuse to go into an area.

3)
Finally, I’d scratch the “oil mongers” off my list. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if Bush et al were desperate enough for oil that they risked life and legacy to butthump the city of New York…why wouldn’t they just claim Hugo in Venezuela to be a threat to U.S. security, invade that conveniently located country, and take control of the single largest untapped oil reserve in the world?

That leaves only one name left on my list that benefits from our presence in the Middle East, and may have had the connections and access to enable an event like 9/11:

Israel.

I’m troubled by that. I’m not sure I really even believe it.

But as a nation, they would have a more distinctive MOTIVE (i.e., fewest alternatives to achieve the same outcome) than any other entity I’ve seen listed here.

EDIT to answer nick's other question:

That one's easy: George W. Bush

your right it is isreal, im not anti semitic but i dont like way they use us. America only has so many threads, and every country is pulling on one, its not good. i know in the bible its says when every nation turns against isreal, that destruction for those nations will follow, maybe though isreal cause nations to turn against them, which would mean either a false end times scenario is in play, or that we are in the end times, but the biblical text is skewed somehow. Either way, the isrealis found cheering on 9/11 was the nail in the box for me. it makes sence the jews needed a way to depose evil dictatorships yes, but the way they went about it was from desperation and a lack of patience, which always leads to doom.

This is a great question Nick, but I have another one who benefits most from the 9/11 conspiracy theories,

I think I will start my first topic,

who benefited? that wasn't the cause or reason for the attacks,
like RonPaul reinterated (and then mildly recanted) the cause
was what some in the world see as American Imperialism/hegemony,

a loose amalgamation of anti-american groups were the 'beneficiaries'
of the act dreamt up by a very small group of 8 zealots with flight
training, who were willing to martyr themselves & the willing strongarm
militants on each flight to inflict a airplanes-as-missiles sabotage plan
on the self-confident USA (aka Great Satan to the Wahabbist sect)

but, much as we have seen & suspected all along, the PTB immediately jumped at the situation to push through all the dynmics of a 'Arms Merchants' Culture which controls the geo-political US of A....
'they', the Military-Industrial-Complex, seized the moment & opportunity,
and 'They' became the new 'Beneficiaries' instead of the cult of Saudi Arabian Wahabbist extremists which formed the nucleus for the 9-11 Operation...
the victory was 'theirs' for that paticular Tuesday,
until WTC7, Anthrax attacks from a (neo-nazi) source at Ft Deitrich,
and other elements deflated the 'terrorists' balloon with the Afghan incursion followed by the invasion of Iraq

thanks,

I think it is important not to confuse Jews, a religious denotation, with Israel, a nation.

I understand that the two are often seen as interchangeable, but they really aren't.

If indeed Israel played any hand in 9/11 it was politically motivated (i.e., for the betterment of the Israeli state) .

(Admittedly, the lines between the political and religious motivations of Israel can be very blurry at times, but I still think its a distinction worth making.)

A big part of why we are in Iraq in because of Israel. They have been burrowed into America's back for a long time. They have used us over and over because the Zionist have alot of power here in the U.S. Most people have such a brainwashed support for Israel and they play up the holacoust to get sympathy and support. I am not unsympathetic about the holacoust, but gee whiz, move on. What about the 26 million who died under Stalin? The majority of them were Christians and Catholics. Guess they don't control any media outlets or own any banks. I am not speaking ill of Jewish people. I am talking about the power hungry Zionist who don't even practice their Jewish faith. They control alot of the Media and banking so they can get their way. Israel has soaked Americans for almost three trillion dollars in aid since it's creation. Say that number again. THREE TRILLION DOLLARS. What did we get for it. Remember when the survieillance plane was taken by China a few years ago. The Chineese fighers who escorted the plane to it's landing had American made missles on them. Israel sold them the missles. This was briefly mentioned on one news report, then dropped for good. Not to mention the attack on the U.S.S Liberty in the Med. Sea back in 1967 during the six day war which they said was an accident, but the ship was flying an American flag and the Israeli pilots, when interviewed said they saw it, but were ordered to attack anyway.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if Israel knew about the 9/11 attacks before hand and said nothing. Maybe even helped in some way. They want to U.S. in the Middle East. Israel creates many of it's problems and many of ours. But, most don't see it. The nation of Israel is referred to in the Bible as a group of people. Now it just a political entity so I doubt we will suffer the wrath of God for not supporting them. In an interview shortly after 9/11, a former PM (I can't remember his name) was asked about what he would say to people who thought we had been attacked because of the support the U.S gives Israel. His childish and defensive response, 'Well, we get attacked because we support the U.S.!!. Not a very intelligent answer, but very revealing. We need to cut them off. They can take care of themselves. That is what they are best at.

i was working producing computer chips for Intel corporation at the time. the whole industry (the entire tech sector) was doing very poorly on the market and september 11th was a catlyst for this particular enigma. it was amazing how quickly the general concensus forgot that the market was dieing prior to september 11th, and quickly decided that 911 was in fact the cause. as a matter of fact its beyond amazing, its mind boggling.

dont just look to oil, dont just look to airline, dont just look to military. review the stock market. look at companies that were not doing well enough to please stockholders prior to 911 and then 'recovered' afterwards.

the defense contractors, the militiary industrial complex, the intelligence agency drug runners (afgani heroin) those who got away with the biggest bank robbery in history (remember all the gold taken that day?hmmm) the inside traders (remember them) and basically (namely the NWO globalist bunch) and the guy who collected 7 billion in insurance, also i don't think the House of Saud benefited from this although i could be wrong and it also strikes me that they were almost framed? why frame the house of Saud? because they fund terrorists and it would be beleivable and maybe so we could covertly overthrow them if public reaction was calling for it. and i know the bushes/saudis had a cozy relationship but maybe the united states didn't like having to depend on someone with such a delicate power base (who had to cater to whabbistic fundamentalists and the enemy of that regime the united states)

not to mention the wealthy elite, and i say this indirectly because of 9/11 the government had an excuse to go in an make iraqi export oil in petro dollars which kept the american economy afloat a bit longer, especially so the elite could continue to transfer more wealth from the lower and middle classes a bit longer.

How did I miss this thread before? As we wait for Nick to return to posting, I'll offer a few quick thoughts:

Which prty? Initially Republicans - massively. The Iraq War and Bush admin behavior at large allowed that to turn around by 2005 at the latest, And ultimately, both parties have been able to stake a claim over 9/11 as have private entities. They hav stategists, media representatives, etc. and each fit their own nozzle onto the geyser of political capital. Who has benefitted most from 9/11? Those in a position to capitalize its alleged implications to fit their worldview and agenda. Elites have the structural power to amplify their interpreatations to the world and enforce their verdicts militarily and otherwise.

Likesise CTers and revisionists take the evidence theyve found, straight or twisted to whatever degree, and tried to argue their own cases - whether Socialist, ant-Zionist, isolationist, pacifist, Islamist, anarchist, absurdist, whatever. The medium? Books, videos, and the internet. Megaphones and banners and black t-shirts.

Ability to do anything about it besides talk and try to influence people?
- Roughly nill.
Effectiveness in influencing the masses?
- Surprisingly effective, tho the conviction that's spreading is of an often dubious variety.
Effectiveness of an enlightened mass movement being able to do anything against the established order built on 9/11 if this should prove necessary?
- Unsure.

Republicans (at first), Democrats later.

Which individuals or groups, both materially and politcally?

Israel

Who lost the most since 9/11? Who is far worse off since 9/11, both materially and politically?

Iraq! How many hundreds of thousands of people need to die before people realize how insane our actions have been? Look at their country--we did that!

Also, the U.S. itself and we, the people.

Yes, the effectiveness in influencing the masses, agreed. I remember thinking when the media was imbedded in our marching(well more like racing) forces as we invaded Iraq, and toppled Bagdad, gosh this script couldn't have been written any better for the average American to soak up and feel proud. But 4 and a half years later "Shock and Awe" seems hollow and extreme when no WMD's have been found.

Effectiveness of an enlightened mass movement against the twisted foriegn policies put into place with 911 as the center piece, it's closer than we may think. I resently had a discussion with my stepmotherinlaw(that sounds worse than it is) and she said 911 and Iraq are 2 separate things. Through the corse of our talk I was able to at least get her to admit you can't separate them completely.

A small victory but I'll take it. The general public is growing restless with the occupation, the funerals for our fallen are more commonplace now. The time is coming when action will be needed from all Americans to change the outcome.

I'll say a prayer tonite for the entire world.

I wanna say Government officials.

They keep the people terrified so it is easier to
scare everyone into wars.

Larry Silverstein.

He does not have to spend hundreds of millions of dollars
taking the asbestos out of the towers.
He collected big insurance money.

My Theory is that in order for US and Israel both to benefit from
this tragedy is to secure Middle East.
If Israel would take over the middle east than there is no stopping
them from stealing much of the oil.

So 9/11 would be the perfect plan to make more money.

It's just a theory.
