A judge ruled Monday in the favor of Rush Limbaugh keeping his medical records sealed for atleast 15 days while he pursues an appeal.
The extention was asked for to allow his attornies more time to follow the appeal process for the judges earlier judgment against him allowing
prosecutors to examine the files for evidence that the conservative radio commentator illegally purchased painkillers. However, the records have
already been seized by investigators showing that Rush had been prescribed over 2000 pain killers by four different doctors.
